...In a public university, the faculty is not trying to make the students follow God and His commandments, so they, therefore, do not need to place rules on their students which would make them follow anything that the Bible says to do. This allows for the students to behave in almost any manner that they please. The work ethic at a lot of secular universities is not as strong as in Christian universities because the faculty and staff might not care about the students’ success in school. The student does not have someone to work their very best for other than themselves. The classes in secular schools are much larger due to the larger number of students in the school. This affects some people because they feel that it is harder to learn in larger classes because the individual council is mostly gone.
When thinking about which college to go to, carefully consider the rules, work ethic, and class sizes before signing up. All these things can greatly contribute to the education that you will receive while there.
